WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If you are not happy with the work that has been done, a full refund will be made. We will make every effort to be sure we are on the right track when we begin working together to avoid disappointment.

CAN I UPGRADE MY PACKAGE?

Of course! Anytime! The price will be prorated for the month.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

Payments are due in full at the beginning of a project. For recurring monthly plans, payments are due on the first of the month for that month.

WHAT ARE THE TURNAROUND TIMES?

Turnaround is generally within 1 week. There may be times it will be longer, but that will be explained at the beginning of the project.
